Upper West Side Duplex
A unique duplex on NYC’s Upper West Side, designed for a family of four. Previous renovations were stripped back to highlight the romantic details of the pre-war building designed by Emery Roth. Millwork was updated, architectural lighting added, and bathrooms fully renovated. Soft whites and new blackened metal accents throughout provide a crisp backdrop for a mix of contemporary and vintage furnishings. Art and accessories were selected to layer color, texture, and pattern. The result is a home that feels elegant and warm.
